1. About the service

Time Capsule 2032 (the "Service") is operated by CJ. Company ("we", "us"): [seller name or sole proprietor details], [address], Ukraine. The Service lets a user record one private text message about the year 2032 and store it on our server.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to use the Service.

3. Account

You sign in with your email address using a one-time code. You are responsible for access to your email account.

4. Price and what you get

The Service costs a one-time payment of $1.00 USD. Each account can seal one message. After a message is sealed it cannot be edited or replaced. It is visible only to its author. You may ask us to delete your message and account data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your message. You give us permission to store it and display it to you. Do not submit content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, or that contains other people's personal data. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

6. Not a prediction service

The Service only stores text that you write. We do not create, sell or verify predictions, forecasts, horoscopes or any esoteric content. Your message is a personal record and has no guaranteed accuracy or value.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. See our Refund Policy.

8. Availability

We intend to keep sealed messages stored for as long as the Service operates, but we cannot guarantee that it will run until 2032 or later. If we decide to close the Service, we will notify users by email and give a reasonable time to retrieve their message.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Changes and governing law
